Dear All,
Welcome to my 1st newsletter of 2009. Yep - it's already February, but things have been a bit hectic, and I have been waiting to make sure some projects were in place before telling you about them.
This year has started off very well, and I have been busy with numerous projects over the past couple of months. These have included two trips over to Europe with the WestEnders, filming a corporate video and now rehearsals... see below!
I've also managed to add a few items to the website, with plenty more to come. I will be uploading clips from the short film "Heads & Tales" that was shot at the end of last year, and also audio clips from the radio play I recorded - "Voices In Your Head". Watch this space!

You Don't Bring Me Flowers
The most exciting news is that I am currently in rehearsals for the tour of "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" - celebrating the songs of Barbra Streisand & Neil Diamond. I'm really pleased to be working on the show, and although we've only just started rehearsals, I know it's going to be a great tour.
We are visiting numerous venues all around the UK on the first leg of the tour, so check out the "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" news page for all the details and links for tickets.

Les Miserables - In Concert
I have been asked to play Grantaire in a concert performance of Les Miserables over on Jersey at the end of March. This production is by the same company who produced the highly successful concert last year in Guernsey, so it should be good. It'll be fun to go back and look at the score of Les Mis again - it's been a few years! Check the news page for all the details.
I will also be making a couple of trips over to Guernsey later in the spring and summer to work with students both at the College of Further Education and at G.A.T.E. theatre school.
Website Videos
Merrick - the producers of the musical "Merrick" have created a video of extracts from the live show, which I have added to the website.
Debt Free Direct - I have also added the Debt Free Direct commercial that I filmed at the end of last year. Possibly the only place you're going to see it!
Recordings
I am looking forward to recording a Studio CD of a new musical by Gareth Peter Dicks - "Bluebird". More details and clips when the recording is completed.
Last but not least, The WestEnders are also planning to head into the recording studio in the near future to produce a second album. More information when it arrives.

So there is plenty happening over next few months. Keep up to date on my Blog, and I will be sure send another newsletter, once the tour is well under way.
All the best
Stephen
